Unleashing the Imo State Developmental Miracle: A Strategic 4 Year Plan

Since the end of military rule in 1999, Imo State has not been able to recapture and build on the great developmental strides of the Sam Mbakwe administration in spite of abundant human and material resources due to bad governance. This predicament has left the infrastructure comatose, created an unsustainable level of poverty and unemployment which has in-turn led to unprecedented levels of insecurity.
