Summary of The African Tiger strategic agenda.

The strategic development agenda conceptualised for the South East aims to create a 21st century tax economy anchored on commerce and industry and weaned from a dependence on mineral resources. It is a practical and cost effective win-win plan that could be implemented in designated 5 year or 10 year development plans carefully targeted to meet set objectives.

Therefore, with faith in God, we present these recommendations whose careful and determined implementation would herald the 2nd founding of the Igbo nation.
