Adaptation of Science and Technology.

There is the need to create a “South East Central Research and Development Centre” which will adapt existing technologies and create new ones for the servicing of industries, construction of machineries and production of goods. The research centre which can be set up initially on a pilot basis should include all practicable areas of research.
